    Managing Director

    Background

    Mimi, originally from the UK, is an internationally experienced strategic communication and marketing professional. She has led brands in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa both agency and client side, specializing in the development of local insight and multi-channel communication strategy. Prior to leading RAPP, Mimi was Global VP for Grey Group, Singapore, running global business for GlaxoSmithKline in 24 markets. She has led brand strategy for some of the world's leading brands including Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Kimberley Clarke, Sun International Hotels, Capitec Bank, Samsung, BMW, Emirates and MetLife Insurance.

    Arguably, the emerging markets need creative consultancy, technological evolution and strategic leadership even more than more developed markets.     Karim Ibrahim

    Chief Operating Officer

    Background

    Karim boasts more than 20 years of Finance and operations experience across various industries and territories. In 2010, Karim joined the TPH group as Group CFO, based in Dubai, where he handled all financial aspects in GCC and Levant, including preparation of strategic financial planning, annual budgets, monthly and quarterly reviews and the oversight of several mergers and acquisitions. In August 2018, he was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of RAPP MENA, looking after the day-to-day administration and operation of the business.

    Background

    Having led winning creative teams in China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and across the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE, Ali’s career spans over 20 years. His work has been recognized at every major global award show, with 30+ wins across Cannes, Webbys, FWA Awards, D&AD, Effies, AMEs, Spikes, Lynx, and One Show. He's been on numerous jury panels, including Cannes, D&AD, Spikes, Adfest and Facebook Awards. Of his most notable clients Ali has worked across BMW, HSBC, Volvo, Unilever, Mercedes, P&G, GSK, Hong Kong Tourism Board, EDB Singapore, Lego and Ministry of Health UAE.

    I strongly believe that the world of communication is going through a massive change very rapidly. While brands try to make sense of this, it’s equally critical for agency partners to reflect these changes in the way they approach brand communication. The future will be about how we as an agency use our power of creativity to show brands the way through these changes.     Background

    Hanna is an experienced agency account leader. She has worked across various agencies, managing work from brand strategy and design to lead-generation marketing to content strategy to reputation management campaigns. She believes that building her clients' businesses requires equal parts science and art – that optimal process and work flow management enable the great creative and strategy that drives business. Hanna recently moved from New York, where she was Account Director at gyro, running business for CA Technologies, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Roche Diagnostics. Hanna has led agency teams for Proctor and Gamble, FedEx, Mondelez International, Kraft Foods and Mars-Wrigley.

    Chris is a highly experienced CRM Specialist and Email Marketer with over 10 years of agency experience, having worked with some of the biggest brands worldwide, including Adidas, Volvo Cars, TSB, Co-op, Aston Martin, Whitbread, Heathrow Airport, Great Western Railway, and Nationwide. Chris is experienced in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target / SFMC), Oracle Responsys and Adobe Campaign and is a specialist in creating engaging, data driven email campaigns. His work spans one-off disruption campaigns designed to engage users on a single send, or the utilization and analytics of data for triggered campaigns along a customer journey.

    Tim is a highly-experienced communications professional who has led strategic teams across Europe and Shanghai. He believes that the strongest communications are built on powerful consumer and cultural insights and his focus area is in driving brands to tell their stories create experiences in a distinct, memorable, engaging and effective way that drives behavioral change. Tim has worked on many categories including telecoms, technology (Google/WeChat), automotive, health, luxury goods, FMCG, beauty, travel and foodservice. Tim, is an accredited Member of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (MIPA) and a Freeman of the PR Guild.
